The Contractor shall supply all labour, material, equipment tools and supplies necessary to carry out the Janitorial services for all facilities as shown on the Janitorial Cleaning Schedule, Section 3, and as otherwise described in the attached specifications.
SITE VISIT:
It is MANDATORY that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on Tuesday @ 10:30 a.m. local time, on May 5, 2015. Bidders are to meet the Departmental Representative at the Kouchibouguac National Park of Canada Administration Office, 186 Route 117, Kouchibouguac National Park, New Brunswick.
Bitters will be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
