1. SUMMARY:
The Department of National Defence requires the supply of all
labour, materials, parts, tools, equipment transportation and
supervision necessary to provide repairs, maintenance and
modifications to various types of buses on an as required basis.
There will be one Standing Offer accepted; the period of the
Standing Offer will be from the date of issuance until the end
of a three (3) year period.
2 . TRADE AGREEMENTS:
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)
3. METHOD OF SELECTION:
The responsive offer meeting criteria in the Statement of Work
along with lowest evaluated price will be recommended for
issuance of the standing offer.
