TITLE: Janitorial Services for Hay River
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) requires Janitorial services at the Canadian Coast Guard Base, Hay River, NorthWest Territories.
There are 3 buildings that require daily cleaning in Hay River, NorthWest Territories.:
Hay River CCG Administration Building – 462 sq. meters.
Hay River CCG Maintenance Shop Building - 390 sq. meters
Hay River F & O Management Building – 819 sq. meters
DURATION OF CONTRACT
The period of the Contract is from August 1, 2018 through to July 31, 2019, with option to renew for 2 additional 1 year periods at the sole discretion of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO).
ENQUIRIES – BID SOLICITATION
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than FIFTEEN (15) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
