Biometric Collection is defined as the collection of Biometric Information (fingerprints and photographs) and Biographic Information (personal details such as name, date of birth and Country of Residence) from Applicants and their transmission to IRCC. To perform the work required, Contractors must establish and maintain a regional network of Ongoing Facilities and Contact Centres in multiple Locations of Work that provide secure and reliable services to applicants and IRCC.
