The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor(s) (hereafter referred to as the “proponent(s)”) for the purpose of waste and recycling removal services for Granville Island, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
This agreement shall be for a period of one year with 2-one year renewal options.The annual value of this contract is not expected to exceed $200,000.00 CND, inclusive of all taxes.
Your tender must be received at the exact location specified in the document on or before the submission deadline set as:
2:00 P.M. EST, local Ottawa time, on December 16, 2013
It is mandatory that the tenderer visit the site and examine the scope of the work required and the existing conditions. The site visit will be held on December 3, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. PST.
