THE REQUIREMENT
The Contractor shall be responsible for the provision of all competent labour, supervision, approved materials and equipment required for building cleaning and janitorial services for the PWRC.
The work shall be undertaken in a satisfactory and complete manner in accordance with the Statement of Work listed herein for the following locations:
Combined Services Building 91782 Alaska Hwy
Enforcement Section 4 Office spaces & 1 Board Room & Small Kitchen Section
EPOD Section, 8 Office spaces ,2 Board Room & Reception Area and 1 Washroom
Water Survey of Canada, 3 Offices and 6 Work Stations ,Kitchen Area and 2 Washrooms
Laboratory Section which is more or less Storage Space
Canadian Wildlife Services 91780 Alaska Hwy
Upper CWS Section, 8 Offices Spaces, Reception Area, 3 Work Stations
Lower CWS Section, 6 Office spaces, 1 Kitchen Area and 2 Washroom
OBJECTIVE
To engage the services of a Contractor who has the resources, i.e., competent labour, supervision, equipment, approved materials for building cleaning and janitorial services for the PWRC site.
