TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION SERVICES AT LAURIER HOUSE NHSC

GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION:
Parks Canada Agency has a requirement for preventative maintenance and inspection services as well as emergency and as needed repairs services at Laurier House NHSC & Laurier House Visitor Center.
Required services are related to the exterior diesel generator, the sprinkler system, the fire alarm system, elevating devices, HVAC and exterior lighting and interior lighting.
On call services will be as required and as requested by Parks Canada. This work will be related to minor and emergency repairs
The successful bidder will be responsible for all required labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to complete the work.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
THERE WILL BE AN OPTIONAL SITE VISIT ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2013 AT 11:00 A.M. (EDT)
Bidders are to meet at east door of Laurier House NHS, 335 Laurier Ave East, Ottawa Ontario
The person conducting the site visit will have an attendance form which is to be signed by the bidder’s representatives in attendance. Bidders are advised that any clarifications or changes resulting from the site visit shall be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation document.
