Scope of Work:
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) requires the services of a supplier for the provision of janitorial services at its Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu Research and Development Centre, located at 430 Gouin Boulevard, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, J3B 3E6.
Mandatory Site Visit:
The present tender has a mandatory onsite visit; arrangements have been made so that the Bidder or a Bidder’s representative visits the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu Research and Development Centre on Tuesday September 18th, 2018 at 9:00 am.
Bidders will be requested to sign an attendance form in order to confirm their presence. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation and will be posted on BuyandSell.gc.ca .
Tender Period Closing Date and Time: Monday, October 1st, 2018 at 02:00 pm (EDT).
Information requests and inquiries related to this tender process are to be directed, in writing, SOLELY to the AAFC Contracting Officer identified below. Bidders who contact anyone other than the AAFC Contract Officer to obtain such information during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
It is MANDATORY for the firms intending to submit tenders on this project to obtain the related specifications, plans and drawings, and all other tender documents through the BuyandSell service provider. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the BuyandSell service provider.
