All terms and conditions of the SA apply & shall be
incorporated into any resulting contract.

Description of requirement:
HRSDC is seeking a qualified reviewer of the following category
of personel to conduct an independent review on an "as and when
requested basis".

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract is from contract award date up
to and including September 30, 2013.
After contract award, Bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make

of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The
debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
