Description of the Requirement:
Public Safety Canada has a requirement for Business and Human Resource Consultants on an as-and-when-requested basis, as defined through Task Authorizations, to support a variety of projects throughout the department including staffing actions, classification, and organizational design, development and review. Many of the projects are currently in the early planning phase and Contractor assistance may be required to assist with the completion of the requirements definition for some projects.
Public Safety intends to award up to three contract for three streams of work as follows:
Stream One: Three Senior Level Staffing Consultants
Stream Two: Two Senior Level Organizational Design and Classification Consultants
Stream Three: Two Senior Level Organization Development Consultants
Only one contract will be awarded per stream.
This requirement is open only to those Tier 1 Supply Arrangement Holders under Supply Arrangement E60ZT-18TSPS who are qualified under for the following categories. Bidders may only submit a bid for the category or categories in which they are qualified and have been invited to submit a bid.

Proposed period of contract:
The Work is to be performed from the date of contract award to October 30, 2020, inclusively.
The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three additional one year periods under the same conditions.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort will be defined at the time that a Task Authorization is issued.
