To supply, deliver, install, and provide on-site training and
warranty services for one (1) Liquid Chromography System to
Environment Canada in Saskatoon Saskatchewan in accordance with
the requirements detailed in Annex A - Requirements in the
solicitation document.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT), the Canada Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), and
the Canada Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA).
Offerors must submit a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003.
