The AIMMS solution must be delivered as a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) capable of handling information rated up to Protected ?A?.

The services will be carried out as a project comprised of four proposed phases where each phase has a predetermined set of objectives, tasks and deliverables defined by Transport Canada.
