The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a
Laser Scanner System in support of Quality Engineering Test
Establishment (QETE) metrological capabilities within and beyond
the laboratory for measurements and to perform departmental
client investigations and projects. In accordance with the
mandatory specifications detailed in Annex A Requirements.
