Nature of Requirements:
The closing date of the Request for Proposal is changed from
December 12 to December 16, 2013, 2 p.m., Eastern Standard Time
(EST).

Description of the Requirement:
Defence R&D Canada (DRDC) Valcartier is looking to make the
acquisition of digital recorder system that can do digital
recording on 4 video inputs simultaneously while maintaining
full synchronization with various video formats. In addition,
the system must offer the opportunity to do video processing
digitally to adjust the final product according to
DRDC-Valcartier need for report or during conference
presentation. As everything is done in parallel, no need to
repeat the operation on each recorded channel.

This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides
procurement services to the public in both official languages.
