Nature of Requirements:
Digital Audio/Video Recording System
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), Ontario Region,
requires the supply and delivery of (5) standalone digital
audio/video recording systems. The recording systems will be
used at various border locations during the interview of persons
in custody for boarder related offences. The standalone systems
must provide the capability to digitally record simultaneous
audio and video signals with two high resolution cameras and two
high gain microphones per system. The requirement for dual
cameras with "picture in picture" viewing is required to record
video images from various angles within the interview room.
Stereo microphones are required to record audio from the
interviewer and interviewee simultaneously. The system must
also have the functionality to export the digital file and burn
onto a DVD.
All the deliverables must be received within 8 weeks of contract
award.
