Nature of Requirements:
Requirement: The Department of National Defence (DND) has a
requirement for steam tables for shipboard use. Description :
Steam table. 56.0 in lg. 36.0 inch W, 37.5 inch H; electrically
heated; 230.0 VAC, 1 phase, 25.2 AMP, 5800 watts; 4 rectangular
wells, 12.0 inch LG, 20 inch W, 6.0 inch deep each; 1200 watts
per well P/N RET-4(M).
Firm quantity:
This requirement is for a firm quantity of 4 steam tables to be
delivered to Halifax, NS. and Esquimalt, BC. Delivery of the
firm quantity is requested to be not before April 3, 2014.
Option:- Quantities estimated :
This requirement also includes one (1) option to purchase
additional estimated quantities. The option quantity can be for
a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 4. This option may be exercised
during a period of 12 months from the date of contract award.
Enquiries :
To ensure a response before bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the bid closing date.
