This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Stream 3: Information Technology and System Audits against Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement (E60ZG-060004).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has a requirement for professional services to provide expertise in the planning and completion of Information Technology (IT)-related engagements (each to be referred to as a Work Project) described in CIC’s Risk-Based Audit Plan.

Work Stream 3 – Information Technology and System Audits.

DURATION OF CONTRACT:

Up to two contracts will be awarded for a period of two years plus two one-year option periods.

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY:

The basis of selection is: Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (60%) and Price (40%).
To be declared responsive, a bid must:
a) Comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation;
b) Meet all the mandatory evaluation criteria.

Bids not meeting (a) or (b) will be declared non-responsive

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

There is a security requirement associated with the Statement of Work. Security Requirement for Canadian Supplier: (PWGSC File # Common-PS-SRCL# 23)
