Nature of Requirements:
SEARCH AND RESCUE TENTS
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W8486-138452/A dated June 28, 2013 with a
closing of July 30, 2013 at 2:00pm. A debriefing or feedback
session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the
previous solicitation.
Requirement:
The Contractor is required to provide the Department of National
Defence with tents for search and rescue operations. To be
manufactured in accordance with Annex B, Statement of Work.
Firm Quanity: 114 units
The maximum option quantity in the amount of 114 units may be
exercised during a 12 month period from award of contract.
Delivery - Firm Quantity - Phased:
The delivery must be made within 180 calendar days from the date
of the written notice of approval of pre-production sample.
Destinations:
To be delivered to Edmonton, Alberta or Montreal, Quebec
Delivery will be decided at contract award depending on location
of Contractor.
Enquiries:
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 4 days prior to the bid
closing date.
