Requirement
For the supply and delivery of two (2) Theodolites plus noted
accessories for 8 Air Communication and Control Squadron in
Trenton, Ontario. The Theodolite equipment must be compact,
rugged and single- man portable, capable of essential tasks like
the plotting of obstacles, calculating precise angles,
determining highly accurate distances, positioning, and
levelling.
The Theodolites will be used to precisely measure the placement
of the deployable airfield radar to provide navigational
services to inbound aircraft.
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract Award to
January 12, 2015 plus two option periods of one year each.
It is the intention of the Crown to issue one Contract as a
result of this Request for Proposal
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
