This amendment is raised to cancel amendment 001 and include the
Purchase Description and the Technical Information Questionnaire.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
1 (one) Lawn Mower, High Slope and ancillary items,including
familiarization instruction/training, in accordance with the
Purchase Description for Lawn Mower, High Slope dated July 16,
2013 to be delivered in Comox, British-Columbia by March 30,
2013.
The requirement includes an option to purchase up to 1 (one)
Lawn Mower, High Slope and ancillary items to be exercised
within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the
contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
