The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
two (2) Lawn Mowers, DED, Zero Turn, Configuration D and
ancillary items, including familiarization instruction/training
and five (5) Lawn Mowers, DED, Zero Turn, Configuration E and
ancillary items, including familiarization instruction/training,
in accordance with the Purchase Description for Lawn Mowers,
DED, Zero Turn, D-33-001-106/SF-001, dated 2013-08-30, to be
delivered to CFB Halifax by March 31, 2014.
The requirement includes an option to purchase up to two (2)
Lawn Mowers, DED, Zero Turn, Configuration D and ancillary items
and up to five (5) Lawn Mowers, DED, Zero Turn, Configuration E
and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12) months
from the effective date of the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
