Nature of Requirements:
Toque, acrylic, blue. To be manufactured in accordance with
Purchase Description CAG-8-9611-313D and sealed sample.
To be delivered to Correctional Services Canada, Laval, PQ.
Firm quantity:
Year one: 15,120 units
Year two: 15,120 units
Year three: 15,120 units
Delivery: Year one quantity is to be delivered April 2014.
Delivery: Year two firm quantity is requested complete
September 2015.
Delivery: Year three firm quantity is requested complete
September 2016.
In addition, there is also a requirement for a minimum option of
10,000 units and up to a maximum option quantity of 30,000
units which may be exercised within 48 months from contract
award date.
An additional quantity of 30,000 toques may be ordered on an
as-and-when requested basis within 48 months from the contract
award date.
Sealed sample, which are provided for guidance, may be viewed at
the following DPWGS District Offices:

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
