To supply an ultracentrifuge complete with rotor in accordance
with the specifications detailed in the Request for Proposal
document, for Agriculture and Agrifood Canada (AAFC), Saskatoon
Research Centre (SRC), Saskatoon, SK. Delivery is mandatory by
March 31, 2014.
The ultracentrifuge supplied must be compatible with existing
Beckman SW32Ti (Titanium) rotor.
AAFC-SRC have an existing Beckman SW32Ti (Titanium) rotor
which has at least 5 years of operating life left. This
existing rotor would ensure that AAFC-SRC have a backup should
the rotor that is supplied with the ultracentrifuge fails.
AAFC-SRC need to be able to continue experiments without delays.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
