Requirement:
Supply a vehicle "Type" Sprinter 3500 with 76.4 inches interior
height, double rear wheels, two wheels drive, equipped with a 3
(three) liters diesel engine, axial capacity (GAWR) 5003 kg
(11,030 lbs.) which must have a gross vehicle weight rating
(GVWR) of less than 4500 kg to allow its driving by a holder of
Class 5 driver's license in Quebec. The vehicle must be
equipped with an insulated platform with telescopic articulated
main fly boom complete with single man bucket having a working
height of 13 meters approved by the manufacturer for the vehicle
chassis, according to detailed in Annex A from Request
