UTILITY VEHICLE
This Amendment 001 is raised to provide a supplier question and
the technical authority answer.
This bid solicitation cancels and supercedes previous bid
solicitation number W8476-134300/A which closed 15 May, 2013.
Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to
purchase six (6) Light Utility Vehicles and other related items
in accordance with Purchase Description for Light Utility
Multi-Purpose 6 Wheeled, Gasoline Engine Vehicle, dated
November 2013.
An option is included to purchase up to six (6) additional Light
Utility Vehicles and other related items to be exercised within
twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
