Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP)
The Department of Canadian Heritage is looking to establish up to one (1) Standing Offer from date of issuance of the Standing Offer, April 1st, 2019 to March 31st, 2021. There is also a possibility of extending the period of the Standing Offer by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
The objective of this Request for Standing Offer is to find offerors that can provide Vehicle Rental Services for events.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
In order for offers to be considered, the offers must meet the mandatory technical criteria outlined in this Request for Standing Offer.
