AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 10 July 2026 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This solicitation seeks to establish a National Master Standing Offer for the supply of rapidly deployable anti-ram barriers, along with one (1) day of on-site or virtual training, as specified in call-ups. Stream 1: Barriers capable of stopping a North American Class 5 vehicle at impact speeds up to 48 km/h. Stream 2: Barriers capable of stopping a North American Class 7 vehicle at impact speeds up to 48 km/h. (Issued under a separate RFSO). Offerors may submit proposals for one or both streams; however, submissions must be made under the correct stream(s). If a bid includes multiple barrier classes under a single stream, only the class applicable to that stream will be evaluated.
