Solicitation of Offer Submission Eligibility. This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers, and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for ongoing grounds maintenance services including grass cutting, vegetation control, landscaping, tree services, pest control, fencing support, and aggregate supply on an “if and when” requested basis to support the ongoing operational, safety, and appearance requirements at the Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Shilo, in Shilo, Manitoba.
The estimated period of the Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is from October 13, 2026 to October 12, 2029, with two (2), 1-year option periods to extend the SOA from October 13, 2029 to October 12, 2030 and October 13, 2030 to October 12, 2031.
