Correctional Services Canada - Stony Mountain Instution in
Manitoba has a requirement for the following:
Supply and install of Two (2) Full Commercial Modular Multi-Gym
Systems and Two (2) Full Commercial Free-Weight Equipment. This
tender will be awarded as a whole to one selected supplier.
Bidder must provided evidence that equipment is Commercial and
provides commercial warranty with regular service and
maintenance during the warranty period.
Delivery is MANDATORY required on or before March 31, 2014
A) Full Commercial Modular Multi-Gym Stations :
The modular components of the multi-gym must include the
following combination of fixed and modular components listed
below.
· Qty 1: Wide-Grip Pull-up Bar (fixed)
· Qty 2: Modular Height Adjustable Cable Column
· Qty 1: Modular Seated Low Pulley Cable Row
· Qty 1: Modular Triceps / High Pulley Cable
· Qty 1: Modular Seated Lat Cable Pull-down
· Qty 1: Modular Pectoral Fly
· Qty 1: Modular Chest / Shoulder Press comes with Flat to
Incline Bench
· Qty 1: Modular Leg Curl / Extension
B) Full Commercial Free-Weight Strength Stations :
The modular components of the free-wight stations must include
the following combination of fixed and modular components listed
below.
· Qty 1: Commercial 45 Degree Back Extension
· Qty 1: Commercial Oblique Flexor
· Qty 1: Commercial Leg Raise / Dip Station
· Qty 1: Commercial Adjustable Abdominal Isolator
· Qty 1: Commercial Reverse Dip
3. Additional Deliverables: In support of this contract, the
contractor must:
a. within 5 days prior to delivery contact the technical
Authority (TA) to establish a mutual agreed upon delivery date
and time;
b. unpack the equipment; including but not limited to uncrating,
unwrapping, removing pallets/skids, and remove all packing and
protective material;
c. assemble and set-up all equipment on location as designated
by the TA; and
d. ensure all equipment is in complete operational working order
e. provide all support documentation and materials, including
technical and operating manuals (in both Official Languages) for
all equipment delivered.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
