Tendarix (operated by Synapcy Development INC.) complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We send commercial electronic messages only where we have your consent.

1. Service messages and commercial messages

2. Express and implied consent

  • Express consent: Given by ticking an unticked opt-in box at sign-up or by subscribing to our newsletter. It does not expire, but you may withdraw it at any time.
  • Implied consent after a purchase: Applies for up to two (2) years after your subscription or last transaction ends.
  • Implied consent after an inquiry: Applies for up to six (6) months after you send us an inquiry.

3. Unsubscribing

Every commercial email from Tendarix includes a clear unsubscribe link. We act on unsubscribe requests right away and, in every case, within the ten (10) business days CASL allows. You can also withdraw your consent by emailing info@tendarix.ca.
